What we collect

• Searches and usage counts. When you use this site or the ChatGPT app we record that a lookup happened, the state, and for list searches the trade and county. We do not record the business name or license number you searched, and we do not record your name, email, IP address or location in these usage counts.
• Correction requests. If you submit the correction form we store your email, the message and any license number you give, so we can reply and fix the record.

What we don’t do

• We do not sell personal information, and we do not run advertising trackers.
• We do not ask for, or receive, your ChatGPT conversation. The ChatGPT app receives only the search terms that ChatGPT sends to look up a contractor.

Where the records come from

Contractor licensing and discipline information comes from public records published by the Florida Department of Business and Professional Regulation and the California Contractors State License Board. Businesses and individuals can ask for a correction on the support page.

Your choices

To ask us to delete a correction request you sent, use the support form and say so.
